Steps of Action:
A message will be sent to students, faculty, and staff via Shorter 2U.
Classes will be cancelled, if necessary. A decision will be made by the Associate Provost by 3:00 p.m.
Faculty and staff will depart as necessary.
Responsible Parties: Associate Provost:
Make a decision to close the school by 3:00 p.m. and inform local radio and television stations.
Class Representatives:
Inform the cohort of the closure and contact faculty member within 24 hours to discuss and determine alternative meeting time.
Note: Cancelled classes must be made up. The class representative or faculty member must clear the time and place of the make-up class with the Dean/Coordinator at the campus concerned. See the student handbook for details.
